I have tried the cabbage soup diet, Weight Watchers, Slimmers World…you name it, and the only thing that seems to budge those unwanted few pounds is Atkins. Sometimes the diet gets a bad rap but it has recently been reinvented with a focus on including more nutritional goodness as opposed to the previous ‘no carbs’ focus, so in order to lose those wobbly bits byChristmas I am giving it a go!
Last week I ordered my Starter Kit which came over the weekend and included a introductory book, some great recipes and some shake supplements and Atkins bars (which are great to snack on in-between meals) Check back to see how I am getting on!
